Itinerary

Day 01Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station to Gangtok

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station, you will be received by an appointed driver. Later drive to Gangtok. En-route enjoy the scenic views of Teesta River along the route towards Gangtok. On arrival, check in to the hotel, and after freshening up, You can choose to relax or explore the famous MG Marg, where you can Treasure some unique souvenirs. 

Gangtok is the capital of the hilly state of Sikkim. Recognized as a Buddhist pilgrimage site in the 1840s, the Gangtok became the capital of a self-governing realm after British rule ended but joined India in 1975. Now, it remains a Tibetan Buddhist center and a base for hikers organizing permits and transport for treks through Sikkim’s Himalayan mountain ranges.

Day 2Gangtok

After Breakfast proceed for sightseeing Visit full day around Gangtok. Overnight Stay at Gangtok.
Ganesh Tok Quaint Hindu temple with sweeping hilltop views, plus a cafe offering drinks & light bites. Hanuman Tok  is a Hindu temple complex which is located in the upper reaches of Gangtok, the capital of the Indian state of Sikkim. The temple is dedicated to lord Hanuman, and maintained by the Indian army. It was established in 1952. Handicraft Center Directorate of Handicrafts & Handlooms (DHH) was established in 1957 in order to promote manufacture and sale of various handicrafts, carpets, furniture etc. Tibet Institute Tibetolog Namgyal Institute of Tibetology is a Tibet museum in Gangtok, Sikkim, India, named after the 11th Chogyal of Sikkim, Sir Tashi Namgyal. Dro-Dul Chorten is a stupa in Gangtok in the Indian state of Sikkim. The stupa was built by Trulshik Rinpoche, head of the Nyingma order of Tibetan Buddhism in 1945. Inside this stupa is a complete set of Dorjee Phurba, Kangyur and other religious objects. Around the stupa are 108 Mani Lhakor or prayer wheels. Enchey Monastery The Enchey Monastery was established in 1909 above Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim in the Northeastern Indian state. It belongs to the Nyingma order of Vajrayana Buddhism. The monastery built around the then small hamlet of Gangtok became a religious centre. Flower  Exhibition Centre which is situated in Gangtok, showcases flowers from the different parts of Sikkim together under a single roof. Ropeway Cable car linking Deorali Bazaar with Tashiling Secretariat, offering views of mountains & the city. Banjakhri Fal The Banjhakri Falls and Energy Park is a recreation centre and tourist attraction near Gangtok, in the state of Sikkim, India. The park’s statuary and other displays document the Ban Jhakri, or traditional shamanic healer who worships spirits living in caves around the falls.

Day 3Gangtok to Changu Lake & Baba Mandir - Gangtok

Changu Lake Tsomgo Lake, also known as Tsongmo Lake or Changgu Lake, is a glacial lake in the East Sikkim district of the Indian state of Sikkim, some 40 kilometres from the capital Gangtok. Located at an elevation of 3,753 m, the lake remains frozen during the winter season.

In the evening there is free time for Shopping on the Mall Road of Gangtok.

Day 4Gangtok - Darjeeling

After Breakfast check out & proceed to Darjeeling, on arrival check into the hotel. After fresh-up You can choose to relax or explore the famous Mall Road. Overnight Stay at Darjeeling.
Darjeeling is a town in India’s West Bengal state, in the Himalayan foothills. Once a summer resort for the British Raj elite, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, or “Toy Train,” completed in 1881. It’s famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dot its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjunga, among the world’s highest peaks.

Day 05Darjeeling

You will wake up early on this day (4am) and start the journey to the Top of the famous Tiger Hill, Darjeeling. Once here you will be seeing a mesmerizing sunrise shedding golden light. On the peak of Kanchenjunga (subject to clear weather) Following this you will also visit the Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery. After Breakfast After Breakfast proceed for sightseeing Visit full day around Darjeeling Overnight Stay at Darjeeling.
Tiger Hill is located in Darjeeling, in the Indian State of West Bengal. It has a panoramic view of Mount Everest and Mount Kanchenjunga together.
Batasia Loop is a spiral railway created to lower the gradient of ascent of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway in Darjeeling district of West Bengal, India. At this point, the track spirals around over itself through a tunnel and over a hilltop. It was commissioned in 1919.
Ghoom Monastery Old Ghoom Monastery is the popular name of Yiga Choeling. The monastery belongs to the Gelukpa or the Yellow Hat sect and is known for its 15 feet-high statue of the Maitreya Buddha.
Zoological Park Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park is a 67.56-acre (27.3 ha) zoo in the town of Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal.
Himalayan Mountaineering Institute was established in Darjeeling, India on 4 November 1954 to encourage mountaineering as an organized sport in India
Ropeway The Darjeeling Ropeway is a ropeway in the town of Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal. The 5 km long ropeway is a tourist destination in the town. It consists of sixteen cars and plies between the “North Point” in the town of Darjeeling and Singla on the banks of the Ramman river.
Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre India is a rehabilitation centre for the Tibetan refugees in the Darjeeling Himalayan hill region. It was established on 2 October 1959, after they followed Dalai Lama and escaped from Tibet. The production of Tibetan handicraft is the centre’s main activity.
Tenzing Rock Tenzing and Gombu rocks are situated on Lebong Cart Road and face opposite to each other. The huge Tenzing rock is named after Tenzing Norgay.
Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda is one of the Peace Pagodas designed to provide a focus for people of all races and creeds to help unite them in their search for world peace. It is located in the town of Darjeeling in the Indian state of West Bengal. Like most of the other Peace Pagodas, it was built under the guidance of Nichidatsu Fujii (1885–1985), a Buddhist monk from Japan and founder of the Nipponzan-Myōhōji Buddhist Order.
